Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of minion.sg and related services (the "Service"), operated by QUAPE PTE LTD (UEN 201108334D), Singapore ("QUAPE", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

minion.sg lets you hire AI agents ("minions") that run on isolated virtual machines and communicate with you over channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram or email. Features, models and capabilities may change over time as we improve the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Plans, tokens and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly in Singapore Dollars (SGD) through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Each plan includes a monthly token allowance. Usage consumes tokens; you may purchase additional tokens or enable auto top-up.
• Fees are charged in advance and, except as described in our Refund policy, are non-refundable.
• You authorise us to charge your payment method on file for recurring fees and any top-ups you enable.

4. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable use policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the data and instructions you provide ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share Your Content with us.

6. AI output

Minions generate output using third-party AI models. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, and you should not treat it as professional, legal, financial or medical advice.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, branding and the minion characters, is owned by QUAPE and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time from your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to our systems.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QUAPE will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
