Acceptable use policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses minion.sg (the "Service"), operated by QUAPE PTE LTD. It exists to keep the Service safe and reliable for everyone. By using the Service you agree to follow this AUP, which forms part of our Terms of service.
1. Prohibited activities
You must not use the Service, or instruct a minion, to:
- Break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights.
- Generate or distribute malware, conduct phishing, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data.
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, including over WhatsApp, Telegram or email.
- Create or distribute content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or sexually exploitative of minors.
- Violate the privacy of others or process personal data you have no right to use.
- Engage in fraud, deception, or impersonation.
- Generate professional advice (legal, medical, financial) presented as if from a licensed professional.
2. Platform integrity
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or circumvent the limits of the Service or its isolated VMs.
- Do not resell or sublicense access without our written permission.
- Do not use the Service to train competing models or to scrape it at scale.
3. Third-party channels and models
When your minion communicates over WhatsApp, Telegram or email, or uses third-party AI models, you must also comply with those providers' terms. Misuse of those channels may result in suspension.
4. Fair use of tokens and resources
Plans are intended for normal business use. Automated abuse, attempts to exhaust shared resources, or activity that degrades the Service for others is not permitted.
5. Reporting and enforcement
If you believe someone is misusing the Service, please tell us. We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or limit access to protect the Service and its users.
6. Changes
We may update this AUP as the Service evolves. The latest version will always be posted here.
