Refund policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for minion.sg (the "Service"), operated by QUAPE PTE LTD. It forms part of our Terms of service.

1. Subscriptions

Plans are billed monthly in advance in Singapore Dollars. Because you get immediate access to your minion and resources, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial months after cancellation.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for the unused part of a period.

3. Token top-ups

Tokens purchased as one-off top-ups are non-refundable once they are added to your balance, as they can be consumed immediately.

4. When we will refund

We will consider a refund where:

  • You were charged in error or charged twice for the same period.
  • A prolonged outage prevented you from using the Service and we could not resolve it.
  • A refund is required by applicable Singapore consumer law.

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] or contact us within 14 days of the charge, including your account email and a short explanation. We aim to respond within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while we investigate.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here.
