This Privacy Policy explains how QUAPE PTE LTD (UEN 201108334D), Singapore ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use minion.sg (the "Service"). We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

• Account data: name, email address, phone number and country.
• Onboarding data: your chosen plan, stated goal, selected minion and preferred contact channel.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store limited records (such as plan and payment status); we do not store full card numbers.
• Content data: the instructions, messages and files you share with your minion.
• Technical data: log data, device and usage information collected automatically.

2. How we use your data

• To create and operate your account and provision your minion.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To communicate with you, including service and billing notices.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
• To improve the Service.

3. Sharing and third parties

We share data with service providers who help us run the Service, including:

• Stripe for payment processing.
• Brevo for transactional email.
• AI model providers (such as the frontier models we route to) to process your instructions and generate output.
• Infrastructure providers that host the isolated VMs running your minion.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside Singapore. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your data receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

5. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for a reasonable period to meet legal, accounting and security requirements.

6. Security

Each minion runs on an isolated VM, and we apply administrative and technical safeguards to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Subject to the PDPA, you may request access to or correction of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for certain processing. To make a request, contact us.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the Service secure. We do not use advertising cookies.
